Debt Collection and Corporate Acquisition

Receivables recovered, and companies bought outright.

Bound corporate ledgers and folded legal documents on a table by a window, one volume open

The division handles debt collection and the purchase and acquisition of companies. The two sit together because they are the same instrument applied at different points: a claim on a business, and the business itself.

Acquisition here means control rather than a passive stake. The group buys companies it intends to operate, most often where they extend a sector it already runs.

Scope

  • Debt collection and recovery
